Refund Policy:
All returns must be issued within 30 days of receipt of your access. Gift cards, Downloadable PDF’s, and ebooks are non-refundable. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact:

Return Conditions:
All markdown sales are final and no exchanges or returns will be accepted on sale items.

Returns and Exchanges:
For customers who have purchased digital media, downloads, workouts etc. all sales are final. For any questions please contact us at: help@trainwithkai.com

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
